Can be the answer for managing and hiring out your holliday cottage.

 

Your property will be, after all, unoccupied most time of the year.

We will inspect your vacant stuga regularly, and in case of, for example, a heavy storm will we inspect extra. Also empty we your letterbox and we will send after important letters.

 

If you will hire out your stuga, then we have a ’key-service’. We give your hirer touristinformation. Also can you place a free advertisement on our web page¹.

 

Other, extra, work can be done so that you or your guests can begin a relaxed holiday.

• 12 x inspection (in and outside) of your empty holliday cottage, of which 3x on your request.
• Emptying your mailbox (during inspection)
• Sending after important mail
• Extra work can be done against hourly wage.

   For example - cleaning from leaves

                            - emptying the gutter

                            - mowing the lawn

                            - cleaning

                            - small repairs

                            - prepairing for the winter

 

In consultation is more work possible. After each inspection a photograph by e-mail is sent. Also send we photographs if work is done for you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rental package

Hourly wage extra work:                  SEK  340/hour*.

 

*Prices of the packages, mentioned above, do apply for the blue area.Outside this area charge we a compensation for the extra kilometers of  SEK 5,25/km.
